🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking all items on our menu, including specialized dishes like momo (steaming/frying), thukpa, chow mein, and various Indo-Chinese gravies.

• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and taste.

• Managing and organizing the station, including inventory of ingredients and raw materials.

• Adhering to strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

• Assisting with basic prep work, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.

• Working efficiently during peak hours and maintaining a positive attitude.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
