Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Baker to join our team! You'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake goods according to recipes and customer orders

- Mix, measure, and shape dough

- Operate baking equipment and tools

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Provide excellent customer service

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of baking experience

- Basic math skills and ability to read recipes

- Creativity and attention to detail

- Ability to lift 10-15 kg and stand for long periods

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

- Experience with cake decorating

- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
