We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Monitor daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food service.
Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in menu planning and introduce innovative dishes when required.
Proven experience as a CDP in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup.
Knowledge of various cuisines (Indian / Continental / Chinese preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
