Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.

• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

• Monitor daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food service.

• Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Assist in menu planning and introduce innovative dishes when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup.

• Knowledge of various cuisines (Indian / Continental / Chinese preferred).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 2–5 years
