Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes in line with café standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all menu items.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.

• Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.

• Develop and test new recipes, seasonal specials, and innovative menu ideas.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Monitor food costs, minimize wastage, and optimize kitchen efficiency.

• Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams for timely service and special events.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen safety.

• Creativity and passion for food presentation and flavor.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced café environment.

• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate kitchen staff.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

• Culinary degree or certification is a plus.

Other Preferences:

• Candidates from Hamirpur or nearby areas preferred.
