About the Role:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and preparing Japanese/Thai dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support kitchen operations and menu execution.

·        Cook and plate dishes as per quality standards.

·        Maintain hygiene and assist junior staff.

Requirements:

·        3–4 years of experience in Asian cuisine kitchens.

Good leadership, hygiene knowledge & teamwork skills.
