We Are Hiring – QSR Kitchen Team

We are hiring energetic and disciplined kitchen professionals to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality, hygiene, and speed of service.

Open Positions

• Commis Chef – Level 1

• Commis Chef – Level 2

• Commis Chef – Level 3

• Chef / Station In-Charge / Kitchen Supervisor

Key Responsibilities (QSR Focus)

• Prepare food items as per standard recipes, SOPs, and portion control

• Ensure fast and accurate order execution during peak hours

• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, prep stations, etc.)

• Follow FIFO, stock rotation, and wastage control procedures

• Coordinate with counter and delivery teams for smooth service

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and back-of-house areas

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Commis Chef 3

• Assist in basic prep work (cutting, marination, sauces, packing)

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils

• Follow instructions from senior staff

Commis Chef 2

• Handle assigned station during service (prep / fry / grill / assembly)

• Ensure speed, consistency, and correct portioning

• Support junior team members

Commis Chef 1

• Independently manage a station during peak hours

• Ensure SOP compliance, quality control, and minimal food wastage

• Train and guide Commis 2 & 3

Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and shift planning

• Ensure food quality, speed, and hygiene across all stations

• Inventory management, ordering, and cost control

• Staff training, performance monitoring, and SOP implementation

Requirements

• Experience in QSR, fast food, or high-volume kitchens

• Basic understanding of food safety & hygiene (HACCP preferred)

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Physically fit to handle long standing hours

• Team player with a positive attitude
