Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Cafe All-Rounder to join our growing family. This role consists of baking, beverage preparation, counter service, and creating a warm customer experience. You will help bring our unique culinary story to life every day — from the oven to the table.

Key Responsibilities

- Bake and prepare our signature Palestinian pastries/bakes (training provided)

- Take customer orders and operate POS efficiently

- Serve beverages and baked items with care and attention

- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting cafe space

- Restock display & ingredients as needed

- Assist with daily opening & closing routines

- Bring positive energy and warmth to every interaction

What We’re Looking For

- A friendly, down-to-earth personality

- A passion for food, hospitality, and learning new skills

- Good communication skills - English is a must

- Ability to multitask and stay organised

- Honest, punctual, and team-focused

- Prior cafe/bakery experience is great — but not essential
