Job Description:

उत्साही और जिम्मेदार किचन टीम एग्जिक्यूटिव्स की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जो दैनिक रसोई संचालन में सहायता करेंगे, स्वच्छता मानकों को बनाए रखेंगे, और भोजन की तैयारी एवं सेवा को सुचारू रूप से सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

Key Responsibilities:

मुख्य शेफ के निर्देशन में दैनिक भोजन की तैयारी और पकाने में सहायता करें।
रसोई के सभी क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छता और हाइजीन बनाए रखें।
भोजन के ऑर्डर की समय पर तैयारी और वितरण सुनिश्चित करें।
मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं (SOPs) और खाद्य सुरक्षा दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करें।
कच्चे माल के स्टॉक का प्रबंधन करें और किसी भी कमी की सूचना पर्यवेक्षक को दें।
रसोई के सुचारू संचालन के लिए अन्य टीम सदस्यों के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखें।
कंपनी के गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा मानकों का हर समय पालन करें।

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma preferred).

• Prior experience in kitchen or food service industry is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Must maintain proper hygiene and grooming standards.
