Our Client is a technology-driven organization engaged in delivering specialized solutions in Fire Detection, Fire Fighting, ELV, Disaster & Safety Technology Systems. We work closely with consultants, system integrators, and contractors to deliver reliable and compliant solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Role Overview We are looking to hire a Sales Manager – North to strengthen our presence in the Delhi–NCR market. The role is focused on consultative B2B sales, market development, and generation of firm enquiries through close engagement with MEP consultants, Fire Fighting contractors, and ELV system integrators.
Key Responsibilities • Actively develop and manage sales for fire detection and fire fighting products/systems in the NCR region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with: o MEP Consultants o Fire Fighting Contractors o ELV / IBMS System Integrators
• Generate firm, qualified enquiries through regular market visits and meetings • Ensure product specifications and approvals with consultants
• Support system integrators and contractors during tendering, BOQ finalization, and technical discussions
• Track enquiries, conversions, and closures in coordination with internal teams • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to gross margin growth
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management
Candidate Profile
• 4 years of proven sales experience in: o Fire Detection Systems o Fire Fighting Products / Systems
• Strong existing network with consultants, contractors, and SIs in NCR
• Experience in specification-based and project sales
• Good understanding of MEP / fire norms and project cycles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed CTC: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
