
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Operate coffee machines, and POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, sugar, cups, and napkins.
Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
