We are looking for a passionate Barista who can deliver exceptional service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining the quality and standards that define the Labonel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, beverages, and light accompaniments to Labonel standards.

• Ensure every customer receives warm, personalized service with attention to detail.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with care.

• Assist customers with menu choices, upselling bakery items and beverages where suitable.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area, counters, and equipment at all times.

• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash responsibly.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.

• Support team members in delivering an elegant and seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment (preferred).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations (a plus).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Professional grooming and etiquette in line with Labonel’s premium image.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
