Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, ovens, floors, and equipment using approved agents to remove grease and ensure food safety compliance.
• Wash, rinse, dry, and sterilize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware efficiently using dishwashers or manual methods; organize clean items for restocking.
• Sweep, mop floors, empty trash, segregate waste/recyclables, and maintain storage areas like fridges and dry stores in an orderly state.
• Assist kitchen team with basic prep (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients), plate-ups, equipment movement, and opening/closing checklists as needed.
• Report equipment issues, low supplies, or hazards to supervisors; follow hygiene protocols like handwashing, glove use, and uniform standard
