• Develop and innovate new recipes aligned with brand standards and seasonal trends.

• Supervise bakery staff, schedule shifts, and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety as per HACCP norms.

• Control food costs, wastage, and inventory by effective portioning and storage.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery items.

• Monitor baking equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.

• Collaborate with management for menu planning, promotions, and event catering.

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain performance and skill standards.
