Key Responsibilities

• Editing & Proofreading: Review equity research reports, earnings notes, sector updates, IPO notes, and sales commentaries for grammar, spelling, formatting, and overall readability.

• Content Refinement: Ensure clarity, flow, and consistency of investment arguments, making complex financial insights concise and client-friendly.

• Quality Control: Maintain house style and compliance standards across all written research material.

• Fact-Checking: Cross-verify data, company names, tickers, and financial metrics for accuracy.

• Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, strategists, and sales teams to refine key messages and ensure timely delivery of client-ready material.

• Presentation Support: Assist in structuring presentations, pitch decks, and client notes to enhance impact.

• Time Management: Handle multiple research outputs under tight deadlines while ensuring zero compromise on quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of English language, grammar, and business writing.

• 2-4 years of experience in equity research editing / financial journalism / investment communication.

• Understanding of equity markets, financial statements, and investment terminology.

• Ability to convert technical research insights into client-friendly communication.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of style guides preferred.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative mindset.
