This role offers high ownership, rapid learning, and long-term leadership exposure.Key Responsibilities

Plan, track, and execute strategic projects

Coordinate across ginger, Neera, export, and FPO initiatives

Prepare documentation, MIS, reports, and presentations

Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders

Support field operations and on-ground execution

Assist leadership with proposals, reviews, and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA, Agriculture, Development, Commerce preferred

0–5 years experience (freshers with strong aptitude welcome)

Excellent communication and organizational skill

Execution-focused, proactive, and quick learning

Comfortable in fast-paced, leadership-driven environment
