Operation Manager

We are looking for a Factory Manager to join our team Crystal Modular Systems to take on furniture making, installation and wooden repairs across residential and commercial projects. This role offers a competitive in-hand salary of In 30,000 to 40,000 and regular work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read measurements, drawings and blueprints accurately

• Cut, shape and assemble wood for furniture and fixtures

• Repair damaged structures or wooden surfaces

• Install doors, windows and cabinets as per client needs

• Maintain quality craftsmanship and workplace safety

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/12+ pass and Any. Basic knowledge of tools like saws, drills, hammers and wall paneling is a plus.
