Job Summary:

The operations Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, goods, and services required by the company in a cost-effective and timely manner. The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining purchase records and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Track and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, and comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory levels.
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
Coordinate with accounts and stores for invoice verification and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) updates.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports for purchase tracking, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
