Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for new products.
Conduct laboratory trials and prepare product samples.
Perform testing and evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain proper laboratory records, formulation sheets, and R&D documentation.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams.
Troubleshoot formulation and product-related issues.
Conduct stability studies and monitor product performance.
Research new ingredients, technologies, and formulation techniques.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Support scale-up and transfer of successful formulations from laboratory to production.
Eligibility
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, or FMCG R&D preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and practical laboratory exposure may also apply.
Good knowledge of formulation development and laboratory practices.
