 strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Minimum Qualification needed is Graduation (Regular).
Supervise and manage all site operations and personnel.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project or service alignment.
Address and resolve operational issues or emergencies in a timely manner.
Maintain reports on site performance, incidents, and productivity.
Train and mentor on-site staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure availability of Manpower as per the requirement at the site.
