Job Description

Location: Delhi / Noida / Gurugram / Jaipur / Jodhpur / Jaisalmer / Pushkar/ Ahmedabad / Rajkot / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential corporates, retailers, and RMNs for business tie-ups.

  • Pitch company travel services (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) and onboard new partners.

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.

  • Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

  • Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

  • Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

  • Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of travel industry products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.
