Prepare and maintain Lorry Receipts (LR), E-way Bills, and Trip Sheets accurately.
Enter and update transport data using Excel or Transport Management Software.
Handle billing, invoicing, and daily trip expense reports.
Coordinate with drivers, clients, and the operations team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Maintain and organize vehicle documents, fuel records, and Proof of Delivery (POD) files.
Support office administration, filing, and communication activities.
Work in rotational shifts to ensure round-the-clock transport operations.
Basic knowledge of transport documentation and logistics operations preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and record management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate.
