We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to start their career in operations and administration. You will support daily office operations, documentation, and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to official emails and communications professionally.
Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action points.
Maintain records and documentation in both soft copies and hard copies.
Organize and manage files, folders, and documents for easy access.
Work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
Use Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for documentation and data management.
Keep reminders and follow-ups for important tasks and deadlines.
Support the team in day-to-day operational and administrative work.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Good written and spoken English
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
