Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Design automated dashboards and performance trackers using Advanced Excel.

Perform data analysis, trend identification, and reporting to support decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.

Support management in process improvement through data-driven insights.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in MS Excel – advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF conditions, charts, and dashboards.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Good understanding of data management and reporting systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA / or equivalent).

Salary:

As per industry standards (commensurate with experience and skills).
