Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fintech Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities related to digital payment services. The role requires hands-on experience in transaction monitoring, partner coordination, and strong customer support—with a key focus on AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) operations and support.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 AEPS Support (Primary Responsibility)
Handle end-to-end AEPS operations, including cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, and mini statement services.
Resolve AEPS transaction failures, reversals, and settlement-related issues within defined TAT.
Coordinate with banks, NPCI, and service providers for AEPS-related escalations.
Monitor AEPS transaction reports, reconciliation, and daily settlement status.
Provide technical and operational support to AEPS agents/BCs via call, email, or ticketing systems.
Ensure compliance with AEPS guidelines, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
🔹 General Fintech Operations
Monitor daily transactions across fintech products (AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Recharge, etc.).
Manage customer and merchant queries related to fintech services.
Maintain accurate MIS, transaction logs, and reconciliation reports.
Support onboarding and training of agents/partners on fintech products.
Ensure SOP adherence and operational risk control.
Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Accounts) for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred).
1–3 years of experience in fintech operations, with strong exposure to AEPS support.
Good understanding of AEPS workflow, NPCI guidelines, settlements, and dispute handling.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple escalations.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with BC networks or payment service providers.
Knowledge of RBI/NPCI regulations related to digital payments.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
