Purchase Executive

The major brands with whom we are dealing is Fluke, Kyoritsu, Testo, SB Pumps, Raychem, Siemens, L&T, Bharat Electrosafe, ACE, JCB, Virgo Plus USHA Martine etc.

We are seeking Purchase Executive who is eager to learn and grow in procurement function

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in day-to-day purchase activities including RFQs, price comparison, and order processing

·       Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures

·       Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and invoices

·       Maintain vendor records, purchase data, and documentation accurately

·       Track material availability and support timely procurement

·       Ensure proper filing of purchase documents and email correspondence

·       Support basic vendor evaluation and cost comparison activities

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Good written and verbal email communication skills

·       Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

·       Basic understanding of purchase processes and documentation

·       Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills

·       Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
