MIS Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Finance & Accounts team as part of the FTR Operations. This role will primarily involve managing MIS reports, coordinating effectively between teams, and handling client communications with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and analyze MIS reports to support business operations.

• Coordinate seamlessly with Customer Care and Business teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.

• Handle client emails professionally and ensure timely closure of queries on the portal.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of operational processes and communications.

Qualifications:

• Graduation is mandatory (B.Com / M.Com preferred) with a finance background.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and related financial tools.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Prior experience in MIS handling and client communication will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
