Key responsibilities

Core responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Report and dashboard creation: Prepare and distribute routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and design custom dashboards for senior management and specific departments.

• System and process improvement: Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, quality, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide necessary information. 

• Attention to detail: Crucial for ensuring the accuracy of data and reports.

• Time management: Must be able to handle multiple requests and meet strict reporting deadlines.
