Key duties include data management, documentation, reporting, account reconciliation, and providing internal support to bridge gaps between management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and organizing data in systems and databases.

Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, statements, presentations, and managing physical/digital files.

Financial Support: Processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling accounts.

Coordination: Liaising between departments, supporting sales/front office teams, and ensuring smooth operations.

Administrative Support: Handling general tasks like scheduling, office supplies, and internal communications.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
