Purchase Manager

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Aishwarya architecture to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Source and procure materials related to interior construction and furniture.

  • Develop and manage vendor relationships through regular factory/site visits.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

  • Implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.

  • Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain.

  • Monitor department KPIs and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
