Job Description

Enter, update, and maintain financial data in accounting systems
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
Assist in GST filing and compliance-related activities
Generate reports such as ledgers, balance sheets, and MIS reports
Manage data entry tasks across Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Coordinate with internal teams for financial and operational data
