Junior Architect

Exp: 2+ yrs (2+ years of experience in architecture and interiors)

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A Jr. ARCHITECT:

We are looking for a creative, passionate and well experienced Jr architect with an experience of 2-3yrs to handle

Projects from the initial design stages through to the final stages of working and detailed drawings with making of BOQ and estimates.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, V ray, Lumion, Photoshop and other architectural design software

• Excellent technical drawing skills.

• Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design

• Expertise in BOQ & Estimation

• Experience in Design Development and Integration of all allied areas and materials and services to deliver the project successfully

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Jr Architect will be responsible for conception to completion, making architectural design and

development, and managing the integration of design and technical details considering site conditions.

The Architect will also work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders

to ensure that projects are as per the user (Client), within budget, and to the highest standards of

quality.

• DESIGN PROGRAM MAKING

• DESIGN CONCEPTS, ZONING AND ANALYSIS DESIGN DRAWINGS

• BOQ ESTIMATION

• DETAILED DRAWINGS PERIODIC SITE VISITS

• CLOSE INTERACTION WITH CLIENTS TO ACHIEVE THE DESIGN AS PER THEIR CHOICE – STRONG

COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
