Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Project/Site Supervisor based in Bangalore to oversee on-site execution of FirstCoat’s finishing projects. You’ll ensure quality, timelines, and coordination between teams — bringing design visions to life with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.

• Coordinate with contractors, applicators, and project teams.

• Maintain quality, safety, and material usage standards.

• Report project progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior, or Construction.

• 2–6 years of experience in finishing/interior/execution works.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Based in Bangalore; site travel as required.
