Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and budgets.
Develop design concepts and present them through mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations and Working Drawing in 2D.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes in alignment with project specifications.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional interior design experience (residential, commercial, or both).
Strong portfolio showcasing past projects and design capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Knowledge of building codes, materials, and design trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing full-cycle design projects.
Knowledge of sustainable and green design principles.
Membership or certification with design organizations is a plus.
