Job Description

Seeking a motivated Interior Designer with expertise in Corporate Office interiors and a passion for designing spaces that align with sustainability certifications. This role involves handling projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring end to-end responsibility for interior design development, stakeholder coordination, and seamless integration of wellness and sustainability principles. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating innovative, collaborative, and futuristic spaces that inspire their intended purpose while breaking the monotony of conventional designs.

Duties and responsibilities

· Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.

· Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.

· Create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs using V-Ray and Lumion.

· Coordinate with architects, project teams, vendors, and site engineers for project execution.

· Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, and timelines.

· Update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.

· Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, and lighting specifications.

· Prepare as-built drawings and final project documentation.

· Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, and revisions

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification in Interior Design/Architecture.

Skills

· Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Sketch Up, V- Ray and Lumion.

· Good understanding of interior detailing and construction drawings.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
