Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil finishes and interior works for high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall project monitoring to ensure adherence to:

o Quality standards

o Project timelines (Scheduling)

o Budgeted costs

• Coordination with:

o Consultants (Architects, Structural, MEP, etc.)

o Contractors and vendors

• Regular reporting and communication with the client regarding project progress

• Proactive issue resolution and on-site supervision

• Ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of high-end residential interiors and civil finishes

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (essential)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
