Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and manage Invoices and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
Transfer data from paper or digital formats into databases, spreadsheets, and company software.
Maintain a digital filing system for all invoices and POs for easy retrieval.
Verify data by checking it against source documents (cross-checking quantities, prices, and terms).
Update existing spreadsheets with new financial or logistical data.
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
