Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC, PF, PT, LWF, and Labour Welfare regulations
Handle monthly PF & ESIC contributions, including preparation and submission of challans within deadlines
Maintain accurate employee master data, including onboarding, KYC, and statutory registrations (UAN, ESIC IP, etc.)
Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per labour laws
Ensure compliance with applicable acts such as:
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, notices, and audits
Handle labour license documentation, renewals, and amendments
Maintain attendance, wage records, and payroll inputs in coordination with HR/payroll teams
Ensure proper documentation for client compliance requirements (important in housekeeping/security contracts)
Track and implement statutory updates and legal changes
Assist in internal and external audits related to compliance
Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and statutory benefits
Maintain records of contract employees deployed at client locations
Prepare MIS reports related to compliance, workforce, and statutory payments
