Interior Site Supervisor

Project Planning & Management

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and budgets.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

• Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Execution & Coordination

• Lead project teams and ensure all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials, drawings, and approvals.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.

• Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

• Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and reports.

• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

5. Financial Management

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track financial performance.

• Approve contractor bills, variations, and work orders after verification.

• Prepare financial reports, cash flow projections, and final project settlement.

6. Team Leadership

• Guide junior project managers, engineers, and site teams.

• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in project management (depending on industry).

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

• Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, drawings, and documentation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
