Telecaller

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Stock Market Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our stock market courses, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with leads who have shown interest in stock market courses
• Explain course details, benefits, and fee structure to potential students
• Answer questions related to stock market training programs
• Maintain proper records of calls and lead status
• Convert leads into admissions by effective communication
• Coordinate with the counseling or sales team when required
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and basic English
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market is a plus
• Ability to convince and handle customer queries
• Comfortable working with leads and follow-ups
