Assistant Architect

We are looking for Junior Architect to join our team to plan layouts, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

• Development of Design Concepts , preparation of Presentation Drawings, Checking and Review of Drawings, interaction with Clients and other related Engineering disciplines, coordination within the design team, maintaining work progress, preparation and maintenance of drawing documents, material selection, interaction with vendors, design monitoring and Quality Consciousness in handling Projects.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Architecture. Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) are also welcome for the position. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing.
