Responsibilities & Tasks:
International Market Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new global business opportunities.
Develop strategies to enter new international markets or expand in existing ones.
Monitor international trends, risks, and competitive landscape.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive revenue by managing international sales pipelines.
Identify and pursue new clients, distributors, or partners overseas.
Achieve sales targets and growth in assigned regions.
Contract Negotiation & Management
Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts.
Ensure compliance with local laws, import/export regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with legal teams to manage risk.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Provided support to customers on products/services and resolved issues effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with logistics, finance, legal, product, and marketing teams.
Coordinate supply chain and delivery requirements across borders.
Reporting & Analysis
Track commercial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data and financials for strategic planning.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all commercial activities comply with international trade laws and standards.
Address geopolitical, financial, and contractual risks proactively.
Requirements:
• Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills are paramount.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
• Commercial Mindset: Motivated and commercially minded with a strategic approach to purchasing.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills.
