Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect/ Architect to join our team Ketan Vaidya associates to design and execute functional, aesthetic highrise Commercial /Residential buildings. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts as per Rules.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 1 year. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, lumion, etc and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing .
