We have fixed dealers and item codes, all that the job demands is to pick up the calls of the respective dealers allocated to you and make dispatch slips according to their needs.

One also has to maintain the pendency, i.e., if some items ordered by the dealer are not available, it has to be written down and made sure that they are supplied as soon as material is received.
