Qualification:- Graduate ( B.com)

1)      To receive the bill & check for date, party name, place of delivery, gst number & calculation & amount.

2)      Filling of all document to their respective files.

3)      To follow up for material ordered & shipping details.

4)      To follow up for bills not received & report senior for same.

5)      To maintain attendence record of all sites & prepare wage register &pf complaince documents for every month.

6)      To open pf accounts by creating uan on portal.

7)      To make entry on tally of all sales & purchase bills & payment voucher frequantly& cross cheak for entries done .

8)      To follow up for gstr-1 a submission from parties & mail them regularly for same.
