Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and export documentation. The candidate should have a strong background in Tally ERP, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting, along with knowledge of export documentation, shipping bills, and bank transactions related to exports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor/supplier payments.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within deadlines.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors.

• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.

• Handle export-related accounting such as LC payments, export invoices, packing credit,

• and realization tracking.

• Liaise with banks for export documentation, remittances, and reconciliations.

• Support management with data for budgeting, forecasting, and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and export-import accounting.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Good communication and coordination ability.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
