Senior Accountant

Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Accounts - (Immediate Joiners preferred)
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 5 – 7 years
CTC (Per Month): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
Education Qualification: Graduate (B.Com Mandatory)
Gender Preference: Female Candidates preferred

Required:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable operations

• Work extensively on SAP B1 (Business One) for all accounting operations

• Female Candidates will also be considered for this role.

• Handle GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation (BRS), and all related compliance

• Maintain accurate records of Receipts, Payments, and Journal Entries

• Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of Statutory Deductions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax)

• Prepare and post Adjustment Entries and support Accounts Finalization

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for account settlements

• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits as needed

• Strong working knowledge of SAP B1 is mandatory

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting principles

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
