The Banking & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the organization’s daily banking operations, financial transactions, cash flow, reconciliation, and coordination with banks/financial institutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial documentation, and the ability to work under strict timelines.
Manage day-to-day banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, NEFT/RTGS, cheque handling, etc.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
Monitor company cash flow, fund allocation, and daily balances.
Coordinate with banks for account openings, KYC updates, loan documentation, and other financial services.
Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting.
Support statutory compliance by maintaining required documents and ensuring timely submission.
Handle vendor payments, client collections, and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
Process LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and other trade finance activities (if applicable).
Keep track of investments, interest income, and loan repayments.
Collaborate with the Accounts team for month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Strong knowledge of banking procedures, financial operations, and cash/bank management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Accounting Software (Tally/ERP), and online banking portals.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical ability.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or accounting roles.
