Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with hands-on expertise in TDS, GST, Billing, and overall accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.

Prepare and manage sales and purchase bills, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).

Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing (Form 26Q, 24Q).

Maintain proper documentation for GST and TDS compliance.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

Assist with payroll entries and compliance.

Prepare reports like cash flow, receivables, and payables summary.

Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required.

Support in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on TDS, GST, and billing.

Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel.

Knowledge of applicable Indian accounting and tax laws.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
