Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day commercial and sales operations for assigned regions or business units.

• Handle order processing, invoicing (SGST/IGST), and dispatch coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

• Oversee account reconciliation, TCS collection/disbursement, and ensure accuracy in commercial documentation.

• Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and state logistics heads for smooth order fulfillment.

• Prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and operational performance updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with GST norms, company policies, and audit requirements.

• Manage payment collection, credit control, and follow-ups with clients/distributors.

• Support ERP-based operations, data management, and system updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial efficiency and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in commercial operations, billing, or channel sales, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or engineering industries.

• Strong understanding of GST, billing systems, and financial reconciliation.

• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and online sales/dispatch portals.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental interactions.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multi-location operations independently.
