
1. Payroll Processing
Collect, verify, and process attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Prepare the monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Reconcile payroll data with finance for salary payments.
2. Statutory Compliance
Manage statutory deductions and filings such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit Challans, returns, and related documentation.
3. Employee Data Management
Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS or payroll system.
Handle new joiners, resignations, and full & final settlements (F&F).
Generate payslips, salary registers, and related reports.
4. Audits & Reporting
Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations.
Support internal/external audits with payroll-related data and documentation.
5. Coordination & Support
Liaise with Finance, HR, and department heads for payroll inputs.
Address employee payroll-related queries promptly.
Assist in policy implementation related to compensation and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of payroll processing experience (depending on level).
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and income tax laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, Saral, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
